There is no dilution what you are watching is those that are short doing what they do. They need to scare loose shares so they process wash trades to simulate selling, walk down the price and lower the FINRA short percentage at the end of the day. What the shorts don't realize is that this for the most part is a group of hardened longs that have seen it all and rather than sell continue to accumulate which is the last thing the shorts want.
