but they don't want to do a reverse split until the price is pushed a bit higher because it makes no sense to do a reverse split at .0298, and it buys them time to sell assets to pay down the debt. IF they can pay the debt without having shares converted, the R/S allows them to move to a better market with a goal of eventually (maybe) moving back to the NASDAQ.

I am by no means an expert. I could be completely wrong. By this is what I think I understand.
