I can only advise you that DTII is a solid real-world security application technology with real patents - this alone holds more value than the paltry $.008 sub-penny PPS.
Mark did acknowledge that DTII is still raising necessary capital - but with only 200 million total A/S, 59 million O/S, & 32 Million float - DTII has plenty of room to sell convertible shares for $ without diluting the company share structure out of balance.
Plenty of big whale $ is accumulating this little tech company stock in anticipation of a silver-to-NYSE breakout.
To your immediate point, EricAce - they are crappy OTC marketers. Hopefully that improves with Mark on board.
