So I have a question. If my memory serves me correct icld had a R/S planned for 2016 which they canceled. They then scheduled a new R/S for "around" March 31, which after the announcing of an asset sale pushed that date back to "around" August 2017.
So my question is what's the point of continually pushing it back? Is it possible they are trying to pay off the convertible debt with asset sales like they have been, avoiding the R/S completely? Is that even possible?
Thanks!
