to *FILTH* that the seating of an indy BoD *does*

there is a reason NON RETAIL compressed PTOI's PPS so damn low
besides the obvious one of *parting* actual P2O investors from their PTOI shares

it was also to force P2O to DILUTE at every turn .. and here's the irony .. they didn't

and the other irony is P2O ate up the clock .. .. intended or odds are .. not

this truly isn't complex .. but it is vile what is done to legit OTC companies
by NON RETAIL and their *minions/trolls* ..

most OTC *targets* don't SURVIVE .. it's pretty damn clear from this 10K that P2O is close
