HHSE -- Is it even possible for a 10mm market cap company to acuire $65,000,000 in financing that would not be favorable for the 10mm market cap company? This financing is absolutely off the charts for HHSE. I would listen very closely to that CEO interview. They are moving up into releasing mid level theatrical titles with production costs in the 3 to 7 million dollar range as well as maintaining their current business model. This funding IMO will help release their streaming site as well. Once this deal is official which is anticipated to be done by April 14, 2017 they will be fully registered and reporting and FLUSH with cash and its already been stated in their blog that Crimson Forest and Starry Entertainment are emerging principal venture partners
