You are 100% right Kanola. I have been in personal contact with two BOD members. It is amazing the hopeless position former management put them in. Still they have not given up and I believe we will see exactly what their plan is in a week or so. Right now paying for the audits is everything. Once that is done everything else falls into place. We do have income from our 20% assignment of the Canadian deal, but relying 100% on that to pay the audits will take a little time. There is no catch 22 here, but the BOD did have two choices. Fight to keep Treaty alive or fold up the tent. I'm happy they decided to fight.
