I may be new to investing and OTC Stocks but I have been raised to follow my intuition and research any endeavor I wish to enter. Being said, I do not care if people allegedly use 8K or 10K to pump the stock. I see it differently because I know pre-revenue companies stock wont increase without putting out pertinent information to keep investors and others abreast to their progress and keep their interest. (PR and 8K do this)
Furthermore, I believe the 10K and quarterly 10Q are the most pertinent filings that a investor needs to read and comprehend. All the above helps make a investor.......... a INFORMED investor who wont be swayed by the BS on Ihub, the bashers, manipulators and POS shorters.
