My one failed investment from last year (bagholder of 7M and lots of materialized losses)...the CEO is a crook who got entangled in a web of his desires of further acquisitions, started to communicate false info as to no more notes were taken, the pps faded, he raised to AS to 3Billion hoping to pay for acquisitions with shares but they seem to have fallen through.
So while the company is functional and has good fundamentals the senile CEO (84yrs) has not. I do not think he even knows how to turn the trading aspect around, is bitter about the failure, and now plans to continue to substitute with small notes...I do not expect any useful updates, he doesn't seem to retire. All we will get are 3monthly Qs and Ks unless an acquisition will come through. If not then despite the revs of 3M with anewed note conversion in the summer the pps could fall to low 000s
