I suspect we'd be in a long line of peeps demanding restitution. Imagine how long that might take, and the lawyers would wipe us clean. IMO our best hope is to resume mining one day, clean up the books, file audited reports, and get trading again. Not even clear at this point who'll be the ultimate "owner." A third party white knight investor might be the ultimate salvation, but the legal nightmares would keep that off the table indefinitely given the progress to date.
