Good points Joe, I think we are all racking our brains on what the delay is for our company in announcing the SHM date. Surly there is enough meat on the bone at this point to create a feeding frenzy and to have an impressive SHM. SEC compliance may just be the legging item. Having a SHM while not in compliance with SRC might be a bit of an embarrassment regardless of the details they are ready to release. The issue would through the enthusiasm off and potentially derail the forward movement, These things need to happen in the right order. We need to be patient. With this in mind, Fidelity might actually be our friend in putting us on hold, it forces the team to move that up on the priority list. Just a prediction, we will get a PR saying we are in compliance with SEC with a brief explanation of the reason for the challenge, followed by a PR of the SHM.
