He was the only judge to dissent and vote in favor a company over its truck driver who made a prudent decision to not risk injury to other drivers nor allow himself to freeze to death.

Gorsuch's decision, like the company's, defied logic and common sense, and displayed a lack of humanity. All of the other judges decided it also violated the law in question.
