I got one of the best paying jobs of my career, in the then burgeoning wireless industry, at the age of 51 in the late 90's. THAT'S what's changed, those kind of opportunities that late in life.
The crash of '08 put me on the sidelines, but relatively close to SS and with a stake to get me there, and conveniently enough a sustained stock market recovery to make the 'get me there'....fun.
The trend is what it is. Automation and outsourcing are also 'what it is'. Trump ain't changing it and he could easily choke off what recovery there is with the usual trickle down economics bullshit policies.
We got a glimpse with that ridiculous tax cut hiding inside the equally ridiculous Trumpcare bill Trojan horse.
