No dilution - share structure unchanged.
Inherited convertible debt reduced from $686K in 2015 to $200K at end 2016 (and off course much if not all of that gone now on the 2 large runs with 1B+ traded already in 2017).
Net Profit of $3,922 in 2016 - Net Loss of $43,671 in 2015.
