Winston, in a greedy, self-serving kind of way, that's ok. I am sitting on tons of profit right now and I would gladly let the MJ stocks get beat up as much as possible so I can go in and scoop up all I can at rock bottom prices. I think eventually ( <2 years) we will have enough states approving medical and recreational pot that the Fed's will have to give in and make it legal. (or at such a minimal offense that nobody will bother to enforce laws)
