Indeed, we know many things. What you're really asking is "What is a reverse split, and is this company planning to do one?"
First thing I recommend you do is to read two of my posts from yesterday afternoon regarding reverse splits.
Then read the stickied posts (the four posts highlighted in dark blue).
Then, read EVERY SINGLE POST over the past 6 months on this board. It'll take you 4-5 hours, but you'll understand exactly what's going on. The information we provide here really is invaluable, as many of us have connections to the company and do our due diligence to the extreme before we speak. We never post insider information (as we don't have any), so if you have questions about things that the public doesn't know about yet, we can't be of any help.
Yes, there will be a reverse split. It'll be discussed at the upcoming shareholders meeting. It won't have any affect on your current ownership of stock.
