I guess they don't want people to be warned that their might be a bear raid coming up.

AMBS management did a VERY interesting thing -- they changed their name from Amarantus BioScienceS to Amarantus BioScience (no S at the end). Apparently when they do this, all shares have to be swapped in for new shares. This means the naked shorts have to COVER.

So maybe the bear raid will fail.

I wonder if CTIX and NNVC should do this. NNVC is involuntarily listed on the German exchange. That's where a lot of the abusive naked shorting takes place.
