MMEX was definitely being manipulated today. CEGX seems to be the same. Anytime they would start to rise it would get forced down. Watching L2 you could just see the run being blocked and then the price driven down. Once it was down a bunch of dumps would happen. Reminds me of watching DTII get driven down and not allowed to pick up steam. Now that stock lost all momentum and is done until a PR.
