You can suggest that but honestly the non current reporting is an issue. Regardless of what they have coming up, there should be no reason to not file for all of 2016 and this part of 2017. I am all for SHM hold off on multiple items. But there are elements that do not need hold off and would most likely not impact shm that they could address to get current filings.
