Negativity doesn't rule. The post contained the words "could it be" in speculating which philanthropic organization could be involved. That's valid speculation and should not be considered a pump any more than your absolutely unbiased critical postings should not be considered bashing...right?

Here's a process of partial elimination for you: if multiple US Federal Government agencies are involved in the funding, I'll bet they're NOT
