It is obvious OWCP's sp is being controlled by the Big Boys. The manipulation is being done to bleed as many retail investors of their positions as possible, before they run it up again.

As long as retail investors continue to put in "protective stops", the price will crash down to hit them. This is why they quickly crash the price down every morning, and why they crashed the price yesterday late, after it was looking like the price was going to take off.

I've been investing for over 20 years......everything in the investment world is heavily manipulated, and prices will always do the opposite of what you expect in the short term because of this.
