In addition to Bio-coal, the company recently announced that they are expanding their business model to include the production of a product called Biochar to be marketed to growers in the burgeoning legal Marijuana and Hemp industries. Biochar is a highly absorbent, specially designed charcoal used as a soil amendment for the agricultural industry. It is made under specific conditions with the intent to be applied to soil as a means to increase soil fertility and agricultural yields.
