Hey Z, thanks for the kind words but when I contacted IR I had serious doubts they would confirm no further dilution going forward so when I received IR's response I was floored and couldn't wait to post their reply. The "most important" part of that IR feedback was they gave a valid reason for the end of dilution, namely the involvement of our institutional investors and favorable financing.

It may not mean much but i am loving the bid/ask pre-market this morning. Bid .0295 / Ask .065
