So after reading back, it's obvious they didn't have a hired auditor in 2016 bc of the library valuation taking forever and the need to close out 2016 in order to submit the paperwork.

That form sent to the Anderson's therefore was not a lie as it was submitted in December. Just had to go back and figure out dates. Auditor is now hired as of this year. Definitely no worries about this now!!
