I agree with your assessment. I didn't like the agreement from the get go because primarily SeD did not inject any funds and doesn't have a lot of skin in game. The debt restructuring LOI had a lot of moving parts. Already one of them, merger of AVDX is not happening. So, the current release is either SeD wanting to squeeze debt holders for a better deal or angling to get out of the deal.
