woops - caution ABHI - I just discovered that there is disagreement over the court settlement and whether abhi or other parties benefit from the latest ruling - i hope no one entered like i did - i will report when i can positively whether abhi is the big winner i think it may be...but the "jury" is still out until i can get the facts straight! sorry i spoke too soon.
