One thing to keep in mind with OWCP is that the management team is made up of Drs. and scientists. IMO, they need to get 2 or 3 business savvy folks on their team to help drive the price and realize the goal of NASDAQ capable.
I think that's one reason games are being played and the price isn't higher than what it is.
The US team consists of legal counsel and an accounting firm to do audited financials. Add to that Jeff Freidland and you see what we have.
I'm hoping that the Israel visit by Jon Doukas is to meet with OWCP and give them a hand.
