Smartest way to to it with PR's. Makes perfect sense. It's good to see that conservative approach being adopted.
Cuts down on the speculation and the ability to spin uncertainty into negativity by certain parties.
Now they can only make up outright lies and call the principles bad names and such. Nice, actionable items for lawsuits and slander at a later date if the company chooses to pursue that course....
The latest revision of the company is a bit more savvy then the last iteration. JMHO
