I don't know if it would be legal but CTIX should keep any good news under wraps until a partnership is announced. Good news hasn't moved the price meter upward to this point. The shorts are on a 2 year winning streak and they won't give up until the company has permanent financing. Great news will be wasted at this point. It is a absolute shame but it is reality.
Announce a partnership with a well known BP company ( not Fred's pharmaceutical incorporated), release great news followed with a uplisting notice and all our lives change. Longs will look for tax shelters and island listings. Shorts will be pimping out their wifes and children to put food on the table.
Thankfully I am now loaded and waiting on our only issue to be resolved.
