The company is NOT buying back shares. Period. Show us in filings where the company bought back shares. The company has no money. If it is another entity which the fompany hae made clear it is not connected to - it isnt a company buyback.
Further - since the OS continues to balloon - what good does a buyback do if the OS keeps increasing? If these are preferreds converting and it is a friendly entity that is "buying back" shares - why not buy the preferreds/debt in a private party transaction and not impact the OS?
Would love for something concrete to be announced where long term SHs could rally behind and provide real impetus for buying. However, as evidenced by the continued dumping - there is little buying going on. Just conversions.
