The answer to your question was provided in the 8-K and the key words there were that they will be released after the full BIO-DATA IP PROTECTION.
Surely as an investor you would not expect the company to release anything at all until their IP is fully protected. To do so would be reckless and in turn they would be sending a clear message that they don't know what they are doing.
They will release the full results when they are ready and not a day sooner!
