Couldn't help myself and had to see what the "other" board was talking about during this current upswing. Looks like the new bash is that Longside is going to garnish the rest of the Authorized Shares from our TA Cleartrust.

You can't garnish the ability to issue new shares especially when cleartrust doesn't even have the authority to issue new shares.
