Those are all restricted shares, people are shorting the stock for whatever the reason there might be but the company it self is great according to their filing with the sec...The big gap from the technical stand point was .92 and some traders had been saying that got to.be filled for it to go back up and this when the stock was still trading around mid or $2s and a lot of us didn't or want to believe that shizzz because not every gap needed to be filled but so far as for this stock it does seems like it needed the gap to be filled and now that's it filled hopefully technically this stock should bounce, 1. over sold 2. gap filled...
