This is it folks!!! IMHO, OTCMarkets may be awaiting for the above statement from the company's CEO in regards to any promotions/spam that caused the spike in trading, thus designating NOUV with the Caveat Emptor symbol. Look for the Caveat Emptor symbol to be removed soon.
