Did you mean to write that the PR isn't announcing JUST a brand ambassador? Because the PR does state she is a brand ambassador.
From the PR:
"Through the partnership, Michaels will become one of the largest shareholders in the company and the global brand ambassador..."
Also, someone emailed GIGL asking about how much/if she invested in GIGL? The company reply was that information is not public at this time but more details of her partnership will be released later.
