I don't know anybody who doesn't admit OWCP has 'under performed' the stock prices of AXIM, CNBX, etc.
I, for one, was just pointing out possibilities as to why... AXIM having 11 News Releases in the month of March alone probably HELPED them.
AXIM has a 35M Float.
CNBX has a 14.3M Float.
CNBX was up just under 5% today and they had NEWS today.
So, yes, they have absolutely risen up when OWCP hasn't... But, that doesn't mean OWCP can't and won't rise up later in the month when the trials are all done and the promising details can be released. Then, even more so when they announce some possible ship dates.
Going DOWN absolutely sucks. No doubt about it.
