KV8 its always a risk the project will NOT happen until the
permits are actually approved and the CASH/FINANCING
for the project shows up, But MMEX gained credibility
towards this TX project when they got KPE engineering
involved last wk. They r a reputable firm and would not
get involved if they thought it was a scam.
That said MMEX is getting pretty overvalued short term
at .05+ and I expect a big pullback soon.
