Why do people speculate with out knowing the fucking basics? NT are routinely filed in otc all the time and companies have the following 15 days to submit nothing more nothing less.

10k is based on info from last fiscal year ending in Dec.31st 2016 if you done any amount of DD you know what is going to be in the report 10ks are not forward looking.
