23M bid at .0003 now. When the flipper with 23M via NITE at .0004 realizes he isn't going to get filled at .0002 or .0003, he may cancel so as not to lose his shares and then be unable to get back in.
Expect to see 23M>30M .0003 x 20M .0004 at some point - then the .0004s won't last long. I might even take them out myself.
