Yes I can!
The first registered #'s assigned to Baltia back in the day were the BL #'s with Inc.. During the Mini Evac tests Baltia purchased more #'s in the anticipation they would pass the tests and increasing the fleet of planes to 10. Those purchases were the BL #'s without inc.. I think it was just a clerical mistake on no inc.. Now the 10 new US #'s just showed up a few days ago... pointing to the new name of our Airline IMO!
