I agree, so pleased to be here under .03, I don't have much powder and am in a decent amount of debt. Now 30, I am hoping to turn it around and hopefully start a family with my girl who I just moved in with last year. Sorry for the life story but I am stoked to be here with GIGL and FNHI. Hopefully I can diversify later on in my portfolio but glad to have these 2 giants to build off of. So Blessed. <3
