eric CEGX has not filed a Q report since Mar 16 and just
raised the A/S to 1.1B back in DEC. Just remember as
a general rule you're taking on more risk with
companies that don't file timely Q/K reports.
You should also take note in the mar 16 Q
CEGX had $16,000,000 in liabilities.
From my experience I can tell you with that
much liabilities the best you'll get with
CEGX is a pop on any good news
they may have but nearly impossible
to sustain a longer term uptrend
carrying that much debt.
