Feller, being a member of the Tribe, I can say without hesitation that Passover will not hinder work or communication. They will probably leave work early the first two nights of Passover to go to their family Seders (big family dinner), but that is it. And maybe they do not celebrate. But most folks work during Passover. Just clarifying....
