QMC is developing and producing prototype Zinc core and Indium core NHM Tetrapod Quantum Dots for this market and believes we will bring performance to equal that of Cadmium in time. Other metals and elements in Group II-VI will be developed for specific purposes based on our projections and client needs. For example, if one metal will reach further into the far infrared, there would be a market for it. What we we will avoid is using REE – rare earth elements, and instead use low cost of earth abundant metals and elements for high performance at reliable economic cost.
