So what we are looking for now, and first, is a simple Q4 filing to complete current fins. This is not releasing the BIG NEWS, re: the new company, R/M, etc. Although the CH holiday is coming up, I do believe that we can still receive the update(today??), which will put everything in place to receive our anticipated PR once the "world" comes back to the trading floor, post holiday. So, lets hope for that Q4 filing and all other pieces will fall in shortly behind. If we fail to receive, we could be looking at, worst, say a temporary "Yield sign", but it is easily avoided right now. Anyone from the company can simply post this filing, and we need it! Bring it on!

All IMO, but fingers crossed.
