my conversation with Adam tracy...he does not own any orrv nor can Will dilute at this point, his conclusion, shorters and bashers working doing their thing.

Imo.. bashers and shorters are taking advantage of delayed filing and grabbing cheap shares, scaring weak hands selling into the bid...don't be one of them!!

this will bounce hard once pr gets announced..hold tight!
