You didn't read the law. If you would have just read the law.....you would not be arguing for it! The internet has been around for 20 plus years. The law does not address search engines(ie Google)...Twitter...Facebook..etc..it instead discriminates in their favor. Especially given the fact that Google Fiber is out there.
