If James does not give us an update soon (like by today) he may be liable for making a false and misleading statement IF a brave shareholder wants to pursue this. Honestly, wouldn't blame them. Yes, I am frustrated but still have a small ounce of hope, plus I don't have my eggs all in one basket (fortunately for me) like some shareholders.
