It was 2.8-2.9 after the 800-900MM error was corrected in the refiling.

At the time Bill was looking to buyback another 700-800MM to get under 1BB OS and then the restatement happened. At the time-PPS took a big hit on the restatement. That was Jan/Feb time frame 2016. So the stated amount from Bill was around 1.8BB before the correcrion was made. Several of us used that number (and then 1BB OS) to do future looking PPS valuations based on business plan growth at the time (1sr iteration). It was around March when reconstruction talk started and IR was introduced and around April when Bill passed the day to day communication to IRMuse
