Perhaps you've missed it where they stated they were already doing the audit and had a finished film evaluation. So that money, according to them, is already spent. Also, an audit at this level is not that expensive. It's not going to sink the company if they did an audit.

But AGAIN... an audit will verify their numbers and allow new investors and potential financing. That will help current investors and the company. Anything else?!
